Outlook Express 5/6
E-mail Setup Wizard
Open Outlook Express.
Go to the "Tools" menu and click on Accounts.
Click on the "Mail" tab, then click on Add, Mail.
In the Display Name box type in your name or a nickname, click Next.
Incoming mail server is a "POP3" server.
In the Incoming Mail box type in "pop.islandnet.com".In the Outgoing Mail box type in "mail.islandnet.com", click Next.
Enter your Islandnet username in the Account Name box.
Enter your Islandnet password in the Password box, click Next.
You have completed the wizard, click Finish.
Authenticating you're Outgoing Mail
This Feature is commonly used if you are using our mail services through other means than the Islandnet dialup service. This is also common practise when sending mail through Highspeedplus and Islandhosting.
Highlight you're e-mail account and click Properties.
Click on the Servers Tab, then put a tick in the box that states "My server
requires authentication".
Click ok. You have now set up SMTP authentication.
