Backup PracticesReturn to the help indexNOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain their own backup copies of any and all data that they place on our servers. This includes, but is not limited to, web pages, scripts, address book entries, database contents, and so on. The backups that we do should be considered a secondary backup. We do various types of backups:
Customers can restore files from backup at any time using our File Manager on the Helpdesk. In addition to managing your current file space, it also allows you to restore files from backup. Or, if you prefer, you can contact us to have a file restored.
