A "profile" is a way of grouping domains together under one username/password. Every time you register or transfer a domain you are either creating a new profile or adding a domain to an existing profile.

If you have previously created a profile here (either by registering a new domain or by transferring an existing one) then you should log in to that profile by entering any one of your current domain names, plus the username and password you used to create the profile.

If you do do not have any domains currently registered through this service then you can still register or transfer a domain and create a new profile in the process.
